When you join as a subscriber of Love Me Free during the pre-order period, the upcoming Love Me Free Box will be reserved for you and typically ships the FIRST week of each seasonal month (October, January, April, and July). All existing subscriber boxes will also be shipped the first week of every seasonal month.
SHIPPING TO NEW CURIOUS LEVEL SUBSCRIBERS IN-SEASON (outside of pre-order period):
If you are joining outside of the Pre-Order Period (**For Curious Level Subscribers only until SOLD OUT) your box will typically ship within 2-5 days.
According to our standard shipping timelines, your Love Me Free Box may take anywhere from 2-8 business days to arrive following the date of shipment.
*Standard shipping times may increase around the holiday season
*Shipments to Canada may take 2-3 weeks longer than our standard shipping timeline.
To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that your Shipping and Billing Information are up-to-date prior to the 15th of the month of each pre-order period (December, March, June, and September).
When you subscribe to one of our Quarterly Memberships, you will be charged your chosen Membership Level Price (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) at the time of purchase for your first Love me Free Quarter. After that, you will be automatically charged the same renewal fee (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable*) on the 15th of each Pre- Order Period Month (December 15th, March 15th, June 15th, September 15th) for each Love me Free Box until the membership is canceled.
All Love Me Free purchases are final and nonrefundable. Members can cancel any of their Love Me Free subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee
Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each quarterly renewal date.
